Fellowship Award
This is the highest honour bestowed by the Society to members who have made an outstanding contribution in any field of animal agriculture. Presented by: Dr. Karl Dawson, World-Wide Director of Research for Alltech Inc.

Shur Grain Award for Excellence in Nutrition and Meat Sciences
This award is made to recognize excellence in teaching, research, or technology transfer in the area of animal nutrition or meat science. Presented by: Michel Vignola, Nutritionist, Sur-Gain, Quebec

Young Scientist Award
This award recognizes the achievements of new members of the research community who have demonstrated excellence in any area of animal science. Presented by: Sarah Perkins, Manager of Pharmacovigilance & Product Support for Pfizer Animal Health.

Award for Technical Innovation in Enhancing Production of Safe Affordable Food
Awarded to recognize outstanding service to the animal industries of Canada in technology transfer, leadership, and education in animal science. Presented by: Dr. Paul Dick, Manager of Research and Development for Elanco
